I had a great experience with the team at Cycleworld. I had my brakes done with them 3 months ago, and I haven't used my bike since. Yesterday, I wanted to go for my first ride and noticed one brake was stuck due to no use. The team sorted it out for me in a couple of minutes with warming smiles. Just like that I was on the road again. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks

Great customer service from all sales staff members , all very friendly and helpful giving good advice regarding my purchase from top management which gave that little extra confidence before my final decision was made up . They made my time at the shop feel so welcome looking forward to go back and purchase a carbon wheel set to match my new ride. .

Great customer service and staff were very helpful and understanding. I had recently bought a bike from the shop and while riding on some gear it would slip after trying to fix the problem myself and it not working I decided to go back to the bike shop and tell them what the problem was. After I told them about what was happening the staff member helping me apologised and said they would happily fix it for free. Overall they had great customer service, and were amazing it helping me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking at buying or fixing a bike.

I was chasing a rare bike towards the end of last year and called Cycleworld. They were very helpful from the get go and helped me secure the bike and ship it interstate with minimal fuss and cost. Professional and friendly service plus price negotiations were very easy. A lack of supply meant it took a few weeks to arrive but worth the wait. Delivery included details of warranty and free service details. Very happy with Cycleworld Concord.
